During hunting season (November - 1st Sat. in December), deposit amount is 50% for a 4-day minimum stay per person, non-refundable. A Carriage House or cabin reservation has a 2 person minimum. During the rest of the year, deposits may be fully or partially refundable at the owner's discretion and depending upon cancellation circumstances. We realize sometimes plans change, but we also have to consider guests who are waiting to make reservations at Pittston Farm. To avoid an $80 penalty fee, all cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your reservation date. Thanks!
